廖良生 教授、博士生导师、国家特聘专家、俄罗斯工程院外籍院士 1982年获南昌大学物理系理学学士学位;1988年、1996年先后获南京大学物理系理学硕士学位和理学博士学位。1982.1-1993.9 先后任南昌大学物理系助教、讲师、副教授(其间于1989.6-1990.9,在美国California StateUniversity, Northridge进修访问);1996.3-2000.12在复旦大学物理系从事博士后研究,随后留任副教授(其间于1998.12-2000.6,任香港城市大学超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心特邀研究员);2000.12-2009.3任美国柯达公司研发部研究员;2009.3加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师,曾任研究院常务副院长。现兼任江苏省产业技术研究院有机光电技术研究所执行所长。 课题组内教师:王雪东、周东营、王亚坤 课题组网页:www.funsom.com 研究方向: (1)有机发光材料与器件:重点研究近红外发光材料与器件、器件的溶液法制备工艺 (2)量子点发光材料与器件:重点研究蓝光、深红光和近红外发光材料与器件 (3)有机微纳晶体光子学材料与器件:重点研究发光、激光、光波导和光探测材料 (4)有机发光器件的产业应用:重点开发健康照明光源、医用光源、车用光源;硅基微显示器;发光器件制造装备技术。 招生方向: 本课题组招收材料、物理、化学学科的硕士研究生和博士研究生。欢迎具有材料、化学、物理、电子学科背景的同学报考。联系方式:lsliao@suda.edu.cn

主要成果和技术贡献: 提出了有机发光二极管(OLED)光子倍增原理,发明了光效和工作寿命倍增的叠层(tandem)OLED,破解了OLED无法同时实现高亮度和长寿命发光的重大科学技术难题,为全球OLED电视、平板电脑、智能手机、微显示器、健康照明、汽车尾灯等产品提供了关键器件技术。主持设计和制造了中国第一条国产OLED生产线,并已初步实现OLED健康照明的自主产业化。 共发表学术论文500多篇,论文他引2万多次(H-index = 80);2014年起,连续入选爱斯维尔出版社(Elsevier)发布的“中国高被引用学者榜单”。获授权专利262项(其中美国发明专利42项、中国发明专利121项、中国实用新型专利99项)。承担国家重点研发计划、国家“863”计划等科研项目12项。
